Problems with the order

1. Where is my order?

You received a link to track your shipment in our shipping email. Can't find the email anymore or didn't receive it? Feel free to check in the shop yourself or write to us 😊

2. I ordered something but didn't receive a confirmation

This is rather rare. Please check your account to see if the order is there and only the email has been lost. If you ordered as a guest, write to us.

3. I received the wrong item

Mistakes are human – even when packaging our products. Please write to us directly and let us know which item you want to receive and which one it should be 😊

4. I have not received all items

Maybe part of your order was not available or we sent multiple packages. If each package exceeds a certain weight, we will send an additional one. Please wait a few more days or write to us😊

5. I made a mistake when ordering – what can I do?

If the goods have already been shipped, there is little we can do. However, if the package has not yet been packed, we can try. Feel free to write to us.

1. Where can I find the eBooks?

If an eBook is included with the product, it can be obtained via a QR code in the product cover. Simply scan the code and receive the eBook

2. Can you also produce custom-made items?

In rare cases we can produce custom-made items in different colors and sizes. However, this is associated with high costs and a long lead time.

Questions about delivery

1. How do I receive my delivery?

We only ship within Germany via DHL or the German Post.

2. What happens if my package is damaged or lost.

Please feel free to contact us directly. The packages are insured and you will receive new goods if they are damaged. However, it is important that you contact us directly.

3. What happens if I'm not at home?

Experience shows that DHL will try to deliver the package to your neighbor. If that is not possible, it will be taken to the Packstation or DHL Shop. However, you will usually have a yellow DHL note in your mailbox stating what happened to the package.

Return and Warranty

1. My product is broken – what can I do?

We work very carefully when producing our products. But it can always happen that one of our products is defective early on. Feel free to contact us. We'll look into it and see what we can do 😊

2. Do you have spare parts for the products?

Certain components of our products are subject to greater stress than others. It is therefore important to us that you can find spare parts from us so that you can enjoy our products for a long time. You can also use the spare parts such as straps or inner pockets to make the product more individual 😊

3. If I return an item, can I transfer the money to another account?

Unfortunately, we can only transfer the refund back to the account from which you made the payment at the time of purchase

4. How long is my cancellation period?

You have 30 days to return our order 😊

5. What do I do if I return an item after 30 days?

If your 30-day right of withdrawal has been exceeded, please contact us and we will get back to you

6. Do I receive a return label?

You can easily register your return via the returns portal on our website and a suitable return label will be issued to you immediately.
